The program is designed to improve service responsiveness in situations where equipment issues arise during operation. Rather than relying solely on traditional repair cycles, CDXchange prioritises the rapid dispatch of replacement or loan units, helping to maintain continuity in live environments and reduce operational disruption.
Over a five-year period, eligible customers benefit from structured support that includes immediate replacement in the first year in the event of a critical fault, followed by replacement or repair options in subsequent years depending on requirements. In each case, the focus is on restoring functionality as quickly as possible while servicing is managed in parallel.
In the UK, the program is supported through Visualization as Christie’s technical distribution partner, ensuring alignment between manufacturer service capability and local technical expertise for partners working across live and critical AV environments.
CDXchange forms part of Christie’s wider service approach for its 1DLP projection portfolio, strengthening long-term reliability and operational assurance for customers in demanding applications.
The program is available on eligible Christie 1DLP projectors from 1 April onwards.
