Practical LED expertise for sales professionals - Thursday 20th November 2025
This one-day, in-person course provides sales professionals with the knowledge and skills to confidently specify LED projects.
It covers key concepts such as Surface Mount Diode (SMD) and Chip-on-Board (COB) technologies, bracketry, and mounting options, while going behind the scenes with our expert installation team to explore practical considerations for outdoor, all-in-one, and indoor modular solutions.
The afternoon session offers a hands-on perspective of installation, helping attendees connect theory with practice by working directly with LED panels and seeing how a system comes together.
By expanding awareness of factors beyond the LED, including content and media servers, participants can anticipate challenges, avoid delays, and specify projects accurately.

Sound masking - What it is, why use it, & how to unlock margin - Thursday 4th December 2025
This one-day, in-person course, led by Biamp and hosted by Visualization, provides technical sales professionals with a comprehensive understanding of sound masking.
Attendees will learn how sound masking systems introduce a specifically tuned, ambient background sound that targets the frequencies of human speech. This technique significantly reduces speech intelligibility, promoting speech privacy and creating more productive workspaces that prevent accidental listening and distraction.

NETGEAR AV Level 2 Certification - COMING SOON IN 2026
This one-day, in-person course introduces networking essentials tailored for AV professionals.
Attendees will gain a clear understanding of key concepts including the OSI model, VLANs, and multicast, alongside an introduction to NETGEAR's Engage Controller for switch configuration.
The course combines technical theory with practical application, enabling participants to apply best practices in real-world AV network environments.
