Visualization acquires TK-Team UK assets

We’re pleased to announce that Visualization has acquired the UK business assets of TK-Team UK Ltd.

As part of the acquisition, we are now the distributor for TK-Team products across the UK and Ireland, bringing its established portfolio, specialist expertise and customer relationships into the Visualization business.

Established in Finland in 1972, TK-Team is a leading specialist in acoustic and visual presentation solutions, with manufacturing based in Estonia.

Its portfolio includes acoustic products, writing and notice boards, projection surfaces, mobile walls and other collaborative workspace solutions.

The range complements our existing display, projection, LED, signal management and technical services offering, giving our trade partners access to more solutions for the same corporate, higher education and public-sector environments.

This is an exciting and natural expansion for Visualization. TK-Team’s physical collaboration and presentation products sit alongside many of the technologies we already supply, allowing us to help our partners deliver more complete workplace and learning environments.

As part of the acquisition, two members of the TK-Team UK team will transfer to Visualization under TUPE. This will help maintain familiar customer relationships and ensure established specialist product knowledge remains within the business.

Existing service delivery and installation arrangements will also continue through the specialist partners TK-Team has worked with for several years. This provides continuity across current and future projects while introducing the wider support and technical capabilities available through Visualization.

From 20 July 2026, quotations, purchase orders, deliveries and invoicing for TK-Team products in the UK and Ireland will be managed through Visualization.
