Visualization open week round up

Visualization open week round up

July 11, 2017

Following on from our premises upgrade to a purpose made 8,000 sq ft building, we wanted to hold our open week in style this year.

Why do we hold an annual open week? The reason for this is to invite people in to see the heart of what we do and learn more about how we do it. Summer is our busiest time of the year with the influx of higher education rack build projects, along with our existing commercial & residential projects so it is a great time for our guests to see us in full swing.

Partnering up with Keith Jones of Designflow was a great opportunity to highlight the benefits of using tailored system design & documentation services. Throughout the week Keith offered mini seminars of the Design Documentation course he teaches for CEDIA and Nick Pidgeon of Visualization complimented this with his CEDIA Rack Building & Wiring Fundamentals, focusing on the effects of thermal management.

Throughout the week we showed guests around the workshop, introduced them to the team and gave them an insight into our world of rack build.

We were joined by CEDIA to meet & greet our industry professional attendees and offer advice on the great range of benefits that the association offers to the home technology industry.

We were also fortunate to have Mike from Penn Elcom join us throughout the week to showcase a wide range of rack enclosures, accessories and metal work solutions.

Many thanks to everyone who took the time to attend the various events of the week. Our plans next year are to focus on a condensed, three-day event full of training, seminars and live rack build offerings. Watch this space for 2018!
