Visualization enhances Christie CDXchange with de-rig and reinstallation support

We are proud to announce an enhanced service offering for the UK AV trade, adding de-rig and reinstallation support to Christie’s established five-year CDXchange advance replacement programme.

The enhanced service is available for eligible Christie 1-chip and 3-chip DLP projectors and is designed to further minimise downtime and disruption for end users in the event of a critical projector issue.

Under the CDXchange programme, eligible customers benefit from an advanced replacement solution designed to keep installations operational. Visualization will now complement this with the engineering capability to de-rig and reinstall the projector at no additional cost, providing customers with a complete replacement and installation support service.

In the first year of ownership, should an eligible projector experience a critical issue, Visualization will immediately arrange shipment of a new replacement projector. Its engineering team will then manage the de-rig and reinstallation process, helping to return the installation to operation as quickly as possible.

For subsequent years of the programme, customers can choose either a factory-refurbished replacement unit of the same vintage or elect to retain their original projector and have it repaired. Where repair is selected, Visualization will provide a loan projector to minimise disruption and allow the customer to continue operating while the original unit is being serviced.
