Matt Harding
Training Manager
Coming from a non AV background Matt joined the team back in 2013 & has progressed through the ranks to not only be one of our senior rack build staff, but he now also teaches all trainees taking them through our tailored eighteen-month training programme to ensure Visualization standards are understood and implemented.
He is AVIXA CTS qualified and has several years of experience running the day-to-day of the workshop.
Outside of work, Matt is a family man who loves to dine out. He is also an avid fan and member of the local Marlow Rebellion brewery.
