Ellie joined the Viz team in 2021 as Sales Support Coordinator and has since ascended to the role of Head of Customer Care. Leveraging her robust customer service background, Ellie serves as the face of Visualization's customer experience.

She adeptly supports clients and the internal Sales team, efficiently managing incoming emails, calls, and inquiries. Known for her organizational prowess, one of Ellie's initial accomplishments was streamlining our hello inbox procedure, leading to enhanced productivity and the neatest inbox we've ever seen!

A devoted cat lover, Ellie often brings her own fur baby, Tinkerbell, to the team's virtual daily meetings to say hi. Beyond work, she cherishes moments with family and friends. Ellie also actively engages in her fiancée's gaming obsession, finding it far more enjoyable than simply sitting and watching!
