As part of the Dolby Cinema deployment team in EMEA I choose to work with Visualization for fabrication and supply of low volume custom cable assemblies. We use these in our highly specialised tool kits that enable us to deploy Dolby cinemas with our international partners across EMEA.The service from the Visualization team is so good that the whole process is effortless! Organised and structured but relaxed and friendly

I first encountered Visualization through our rack building training, held by CEDIA. The whole team of sales and installation guys found the training incredibly professional and extremely helpful. At that stage, we were getting ourselves prepared for the future as we were not installing a huge numbers of racks. Over the course of the following couple years, we started seeing more and more of a need for racks, but existing suppliers were not able to offer a consistent service, or at least not a service where everything could be sourced from one supplier. I was then contacted by one of the sales teams at Visualization and was invited to the offices to see what they have to offer. From the moment I arrived it was a great environment... obviously very good at what they do, organised and structured but relaxed and friendly… just what I personally would like to find.After a brief tour and conversation with some of the team, it was obvious that this was a company we could comfortably use in the future. The helpful nature, twinned with undoubted knowledge meant I know we could rely on them.In the subsequent years/months since starting using them, we have had numerous occasions where we have needed advice or support/guidance, and the team have always been on hand to help us out. Delivery has been prompt when needed, and the paperwork side of things has been easy to manage, which is vital to ensure focus can be on what makes money, as opposed to the back of office headaches.As we grow, and have greater and greater needs for rack build solutions, we feel confident that Visualization will continue to be able to support us and our ever developing needs, so qwe still feel very assured that we made the correct decision in using them.

Firmware updates are now a service we include in all our rack builds with Visualization

Vega engaged Visualization to build 7 racks for two projects in in Frankfurt & Paris, due to project time constraints they agreed to carry out firmware updates to the rack equipment. As with all the work Visualization undertake for us this additional service was completed professionally, on time and in budget. It vastly reduced our delivery time to site and greatly assisted us in the success of these two projects. It is now a service we have included in all our rack builds with Visualization.

Visualization offered us a one stop solution from build to testing to delivery

Visualization offered us a one stop solution from build to testing to delivery, the quality of the build and continuity. When we needed to condense the Goldsmiths 3 year project into 9 months Visualization successfully supported CDEC in rising to the challenge! They worked closely with us and afforded us the flexibility needed to fulfil our vision for this project. Visualization successfully worked in partnership with us and took delivery of all hardware for the 120+ Seminar, Teaching, Performance and lecture theatre spaces and they fully built all racks, uploaded pre written control programmes and bench tested the solution before delivering to site. This enable a smooth delivery and transition for the engineering and installation teams onsite and minimised the installation time allowing rooms to be free for timetabling much faster than the University had envisaged

Quality rack build and professional service

I have been working with Visualization for a number of years and during this time they have carried out a large number of in-house and on-site rack build projects for the company.I have always found the team's workmanship to be precise, neat and wired to a professional standard. All cables are numbered to our schematics and all connecting cables are identified in a schedule that is issued with the completed racks, all of which are fully tested for continuity prior to delivery.
