Projects Director
Originally joining Visualization as a freelancer before becoming a permanent member of the team in 2009, Gavin began his journey as a rack builder. His technical knowledge, leadership qualities and attention to detail quickly saw him progress through the business, taking on increasing responsibility across workshop operations and project delivery.
Now serving as Projects Director, Gavin oversees the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across the business. Working closely with the wider projects team, including Zoltan on resource management and scheduling, he plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the high standards Visualization is known for.
With years of hands-on industry experience, Gavin brings a practical and solutions-focused approach to every project, helping both the team and partners navigate the demands of complex installations.
Outside of work, Gavin is a huge sports fan and can often be found on the golf course or following the latest cricket test matches.
