Recruitment Opportunity... Senior Audio Visual Engineer

We are looking to recruit a keen & experienced individual to fulfil the role of Senior Audio Visual Engineer & join our team based in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

The Senior Audio Visual Engineer will report to the Resourcing and Training Manager and the Operations Director.

Job Overview:
Skilled in the installation and configuration of AV systems with the ability to work independently and with a team leading on client sites. Managing build projects with a small team both in house and on site. 

Supporting training and managing of trainees to company standards. Knowledge of a full range of audio visual systems & installations with experience working in Corporate, Custom Integration, Higher Education and Entertainment & Leisure sectors.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Managing projects and teams

· Installation and configuration of a range of AV systems from projectors, screens, video walls and rack integration

· Rack Building, supporting design issues, cable prep, reworks & problem solving

· Configuration & fault finding

· In house & Site work

· Managing projects and teams

· Customer Service – communicating relevant information to the client and back to the business

· Supporting and training Trainees

· General housekeeping and health and safety in the workshop

· Any other duties as asked by management - testing, deliveries

Qualifications:
A period of experience as a Senior Audio Visual Engineer is necessary to understand the standards and complete the training requirements. Essential to the role is 4-5 years previous experience within the AV industry including a variations of Audio Visual systems.

CTS qualified or working towards.

Proactively invested in training and personal development.
