Recruitment Opportunity: Internal Business Development Executive - Hybrid role

We're looking for an individual to support the External Business Development (BD) team in a role which has excellent opportunity for progression

Graduate/ Entry level role - Immediate vacancy

Responsible to Business Development Director

40 hours per week

• An ability to build solid relationships internally and with existing & new clients
• Be a motivated self-starter, highly organised and able to work without supervision
• Demonstrate an enthusiasm to learn and develop your knowledge for new and emerging Audio-Visual technologies
• A high level of verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent PC skills, awareness of CRM systems
• Sound understanding of English - preferably 5 GCSE's at C or above
• A clean current driving licence is preferable.

Main Duties

• Growing new business through effective communication methods including pro-active, productive telephone calls and email
• Raising and following up quotations (via CRM) and providing product information & support to customers
• Regular daily contact with BD team, including diary management
• Profiling new and existing customers to shape and build new business
• Responsible for organising own activities in the absence of the BD team / Commercial Director
• Database management
• Weekly reporting
• Achieving or exceeding your KPI's
• Close collaboration with other internal departments, including Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, Marketing etc.
• Attendance at daily Teams calls and weekly sales meetings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
