Responsible to Business Development Director
40 hours per week

- Be a motivated self-starter, highly organised and able to work without supervision
- Demonstrate an enthusiasm to learn and develop your knowledge for new and emerging Audio-Visual technologies
- A high level of verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent PC skills, awareness of CRM systems
- Sound understanding of English - preferably 5 GCSE's at C or above
- A clean current driving licence is preferable.
Main Duties
- Growing new business through effective communication methods including pro-active, productive telephone calls and email
- Raising and following up quotations (via CRM) and providing product information & support to customers
- Regular daily contact with BD team, including diary management
- Profiling new and existing customers to shape and build new business
- Responsible for organising own activities in the absence of the BD team / Commercial Director
- Database management
- Weekly reporting
- Achieving or exceeding your KPI's
- Close collaboration with other internal departments, including Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, Marketing etc.
- Attendance at daily Teams calls and weekly sales meetings
